Rolling Road Project - Information from 2008 The Town Meeting held for Rhygate members at the West Springfield Government Center on Monday, June 9 was sparsely attended. The public hearing was held on Thursday, June 12. People were asked to comment on a project design plan that is approximately 30% complete. On June 21st, the Board submitted comments to VDOT for the community about issues such as the entrance, traffic safety, grading, sound walls, burial of utilities, project scope, impact of the retention pond on the Taunton houses, and the loss of trees.
